As an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to achieve your health goals. When was the last time you where able to talk with one solid hour about you?

No one diet works for everyone…we are all different and require different supports.  Helping guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best supports you and your body.

Working together to help you create a happier, healthier version of you, in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of counting calories and points!

We do this by:

Maximizing – the good stuff, put in what is needed. Your body needs raw materials to function and heal (e.g. vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, proteins, healthy fats…etc.) Learn more about nutrition on DaoCloud!

Minimize – remove the bad stuff, Take out what’s harmful (e.g. toxins, infections, allergens, and stress)

Prioritize – Create an environment for healing

I follow six principles:

First do No Harm – Support the healing systems inherent in the body mind using methods and techniques that work with the body naturally.

The Healing Power of Nature – Preference for whole foods, supplementation, essential oils, and alternative techniques to which minimize the risks of harmful side effects. Trust in the body to heal itself.

Identify the Causes — Every illness has an underlying cause, often in aspects of the lifestyle, diet or habits of the individual. Integrative Nutritional Health Coaches are trained in seeking out the root cause of a symptoms or disease to help the body reach optimal function.

Treat the Whole Person – View the body as an integrated whole in all its physical and spiritual dimensions.  Not as seperate body parts are connected to each other, thus effect each other when its not functioning properly or is diseased.

Prevention – Focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention.

Believing that YOU have the power to help bringing your body back into balance through functional medicine practices.

Empowering…we are all capable of managing our own health and wellness through education and self-sustaining tools. My goal is for each client to discover and learn healthy habits and skills they may use effectively on their own for the rest of their lives.
